Coaching sessions allow you to learn and discover more about yourself - your drives, your motivations, your limiting beliefs. Coaching helps you to realise your full potential. These sessions can be goal focused or more therapeutic in nature.

Our first meeting will be a free, 30 minute "chemistry" session:
Coaching can only be successful when the partnership is right. In a "chemistry" session, we will discuss your goals/needs/areas of focus and see if we are a good fit for each other as coach|coachee. If I feel another coach may be more suited to you and your goals/needs/areas of focus, I will do my best to offer a referral.
*Coaching sessions are currently either in person (West Norwood) or via Zoom (FaceTime | WhatsApp possible).
