RESET & RENEW​ - Meditation, Breath & Nidra

This deeply restorative class blends Yoga Nidra, meditation, breathwork (pranayama), and Reiki to calm the mind, relax the body, and restore inner balance. The slower pace and use of props create a supportive space for all levels, helping release tension, reduce stress, and activate deep healing.

Each session includes guided Yoga Nidra and hands-on Reiki, enhancing relaxation and promoting emotional, physical, and energetic well-being. Ideal for anyone seeking a gentle, holistic reset.

At the Shala - each last Sunday evening of the month. A time to reflect, release and renew for the month ahead.
