THE WOMEN'S CIRCLE | AN ALTERNATIVE FRIDAY NIGHT OUT

 Held at the Shala Yoga Studio in West Norwood, this Women’s Circle offers a space for women to gather, speak freely, be present and held in community. This night isn’t about movement – it’s about meaningful connection.

Every second Friday of the month from 19:00 - 21:00 (tea and snacks included).​

Experience mindfulness and breath awareness as you delve into meditation and Yoga Nidra, complemented by a soothing Sound Journey Meditation featuring Tibetan Bowls, Koshi Chimes, and more. Immerse yourself in a warm and calm ambiance designed to nourish, relax, and renew your spirit.
